Anna Sui Spring/Summer 2010 (MillionLooks.com)

The recovery from the financial crisis is felt in everything, not only the economy. Fashion for spring and summer 2010 is all about color and brightness especially when compared to dullness of the Fall/Winter designs.

has always sent her models down the catwalk wearing multicolored garments and this season is not an exception. Moreover, the collection is said to be “inspired by the circus scenes in ‘Doctor Dolittle’… very Sixties Victorian.” And some of the outfits do resemle the clowns’ ones.

Lots of tones are mixed together in the most incredible combinations presented in front of a huge pink and black circus tent. A worth-seeing show!

The collection includes ’s signature short light ruffled dresses with small ‘walpaper’ prints, girlie blouses, military jackets and top hats, shorts and vests.

Accessory line that attracted my attention hugely includes flowered headwear, beautiful bracelets, stylish ties in unusual combination with simple summer frocks, colored tights and knee-high socks that leave the soles exposed.

And what I just can’t miss is the shoes. The shoe range in the collection is really diverse but all of the pairs are distinct with casualty and femininity.

No classic pumps on sky-high heels or something to wear with an office suit. All the shoes are for summer walks and summer fun.
